At The Agency BPO, we are passionate about contributing towards South Africa’s goal and economy in creating equal opportunities for all. We achieve this from the initial stages in our training academy all the way through to promoting careers to ensure that we empower the previously disadvantaged and discriminated. Through educating individuals, we are enriching lives accordingly, whilst applying the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice as set by the South African government and the B-BBEE act.

As a result of our daily reliance on technology and information systems, we are constantly aware of possible risks and the organisation’s vulnerability towards security risks and data breaches. At Agentsy BPO we take the POPI Act and GDPR compliance very seriously.
Whether it is international or domestic data privacy regulations our INFOSEC dept is constantly assessing ways to remain compliant in the protection of our supplier, customer, or staff data. Our Data Privacy and Compliance policy can be requested from infosec@agentsybpo.com
